Grants to Washington County, Wisconsin nonprofit organizations for projects that improve the health and well-being of local residents. Funding may be requested for projects that address the following areas: oral health, mental health, alcohol and other drug use, physical activity, injury and violence prevention, chronic disease prevention and management, nutrition, and access to health services. Requests for capital projects will be considered.
Some examples of health and wellness areas that will be considered for funding include, but are not limited to, community collaborations or initiatives; children, youth and families; educational programs; and/or environmental programs.

The minimum dollar amount for a request is $10,000.
Applicants may request funding for single and multi-year projects. Multi-year projects are not guaranteed funding for consecutive years.
