Grants to Colorado nonprofit organizations to benefit communities within the Front Range region. LOIs are due September 1. The Foundation seeks to promote the cultural quality of life, benefit at-risk families and youth, enhance economic education, support children’s physical and mental health, and fund programs serving inner-city ministries.
Applications are open to organizations that meet the following general criteria within the Colorado Front Range:
-Programs serving inner-city ministries
-Programs improving the cultural quality of life
-Programs delivering and improving economic education
-Programs serving youth and families at risk
-Programs serving children's health (both mental and physical)

Applicant must provide a copy of their organization's recent 501(c)(3) determination letter.
The LOI deadline is September 1st.
The Kelley Family Foundation Board Members will review the letters and select finalists to submit a full proposal. Those who are selected to move forward in the process will be notified to submit a full proposal following the deadline. The proposal must be submitted following the Colorado Common Grant Application format.
The letters will be reviewed and finalists will be chosen in September.
Additional information or a full Common Grant Application Proposal may be requested and will be due October 1.
Distributions are made by the following March 31st.
