Grants averaging $2,500 to Mecklenburg County, North Carolina non-profits, congregations, units of government and educational institutions to foster social capital and effective networks between individuals, communities, neighborhoods and organizations. Applicants are encouraged to register early for the September 10 or the September 23 webinar.
