Funding is intended to address handicapped accessibility, housing, and infrastructure improvements throughout Dutchess County.

- Start Date – Activities may not begin or incur costs prior to March 1, 2021 (beginning of the program year).
- Completion/Expenditure Deadline– Activities allocated funds under this application must be completed and all funds expended by October 31, 2022 (twenty (20) months from the beginning of the program year).
