Grants of up to $5,000 to Ontario, Canada non-profit registered charities for projects and programs that address poverty, mental health, or charitable giving/voluntarism in Oakville. Applicants must submit an LOI by September 22 in order to be considered for a full application. Funds are awarded across a wide spectrum of sectors including but not limited to, arts and culture, education, health, wellness, physical activity, social services and public safety.
1) Poverty - programs and initiatives that alleviate, prevent, and ultimately reduce poverty.
2) Mental Health - programs and initiatives that address and support needs for both the young and aging population.
3) Volunteer and Charitable Giving - programs and initiatives that support volunteer and donor capacity.
