Grants to Washington nonprofit and for-profit organizations and public agencies for activities that promote tourism and attract visitors to the City of Spokane. Funding may be used to support festivals, cultural activities, and special events, or to operate tourism facilities.

Funds granted are to be used for the following:

  1. Tourism marketing
  2. The marketing and operations of special events and festivals
  3. The operation and capital expenditures of tourism-related facilities owned or operated by a municipality or public facility district
  4. The operation (but not capital expenditures) of tourism-related facilities owned or operated by non-profit organizations
