Grants to Texas nonprofit cultural and arts organizations in eligible locations to promote and market arts programs and cultural initiatives to attract visitors. New applicants must attend an orientation prior to applying. Funding is intended to support efforts to attract visitors from outside of the city for overnight stays in local hotels. Eligible initiatives can be a single event, season, or annual calendar of events. Awards may only be utilized for marketing and promotions of the proposed initiative. Events should take place in Fort Worth.
FWTPID Grant funds can be used to support marketing efforts for initiatives, so long as:

Award levels are calculated based on total room night estimations. Hotel room nights associated with your initiative must be verifiable and must be for hotels located within the Fort Worth City Limits. Up to 25% may be utilized for marketing and promotions staff and/or contractors.
