Grants to Western Maryland and Pittsburgh Area, Pennsylvania private businesses and organizations to install bike racks at their place of business or in public spaces. Private businesses will pay an installation fee of $75, with the price matched by the funding source. Racks will be donated at no cost for appropriate public spaces.
