Grants of up to $2,000 to Alaska nonprofit organizations in eligible regions for programs that benefit local youth. Funding is intended to promote educational, healthy, and fun activities designed for youth. The goal of the grant program is to improve the quality of life for youth in the city of Homer.

Nonprofit organizations that promote fun, healthy, and educational activities for youth in Homer, Alaska are eligible to apply.

Pre-Application Information:

The Youth Advisory Committee (YAC) grants process has begun accepting letters of intent. All letters are due by Wednesday March 11, 2020, 4:00 PM.

All applicants will receive a response letter. Only selected organizations will be contacted by YAC representatives to complete the review process which may include a scheduled site visit. Final determinations will be made by April 30th.
