Grants to Kenosha, Wisconsin nonprofit organizations, groups, and agencies for programs and projects that positively impact the lives of girls, women, and their families. Applicants should demonstrate how their initiative will directly enhance the lives of local women and girls.
The Susan B. Anthony – Women of Influence Awards Dinner is held annually to award women for
their service to the greater Kenosha community. This event is made possible through the efforts of
the Kenosha Women’s Network, AAUW — Kenosha Branch, and Tempo Kenosha, as well as our
generous sponsors: the Kenosha Community Foundation Women’s Fund and the Southeast
Wisconsin Labor Times.
A portion of the monies raised through this event will be awarded to nonprofit groups, agencies,
and organizations for special projects and programs that directly impact girls and/or women and
their families. Through a grant application process, the SBA-WOI Award Committee will select the
grant recipients. Previous grant awards have exceeded $2,000 and are based upon funds raised
during the event. This event will be held on Friday, March 6, 2020, at Madrigrano Marina
