Grants to Wisconsin nonprofit organizations, clubs, faith-based organizations, and government agencies for programs and projects to benefit women and children in eligible regions. Priority is given to applicants that have helped raise funds for the program. Eligible applicants must benefit women and children in Kenosha County.
Kenosha Women’s Network (KWN) is a local women’s networking organization with a philanthropic twist. Each year, members raise funds towards their mini grant program, which awards small grants to local nonprofits.
Any Kenosha County not-for-profit agency/club/organization whose primary focus is to help women and/or children from Kenosha County may apply.
Mini grant funds may be used toward non-religious social services provided by religious organizations.
Ineligible
Grants are not available for capital funding, employee wages, or religious or political causes.
Greater consideration will be given to those applicants who are actively involved in KWN and have participated in helping raise the funds. While the nonprofit would not be excluded, funding preference is given to those that have not been funded in the three previous funding cycles.
No funds received from KWN may go to inherently religious activities that in any part support religious worship, instruction, or proselytization.
Pre-Application Information

Members are permitted to submit one mini grant application per year.
