Grants of $500 to Illinois teachers and administrators of K-12 private and public schools in eligible locations for programs and projects that provide resources and innovative materials to classrooms. Funding is intended to increase educational resources for schools and to improve the learning environment. Although electric-oriented projects aren’t required, extra consideration will be given to projects that are electric-oriented. Applicants must be located in the Monroe County Electric Cooperative service area.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Teachers and administrators of K-12 public and private schools may apply.

Eligibility is limited to schools located in the Monroe County Electric Cooperative service area.

Pre-Application Information:

Grant applications must be received to Monroe County Electric Cooperative by November 19th, 2021.

Awards will be announced by December 10th, 2021.
