Grants of up to $4,000 to USA, Canada and International pre-K- 12 educators who undertake action research inquiries about literacy and instruction. Studies may be carried out using any research method or approach as long as the focus is on reading/writing or literacy.
Activities such as developing new programs or instructional materials are not eligible for funding unless these activities are necessary for conducting the research.
Classroom teachers will be given preference.
Estimated Size of Grant:
Projects must be completed within two years of the award date.
