Coldwater Heritage Partnership (CHP)

Grants of up to $8,000 to Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations, conservation districts, municipalities, and counties for environmental projects. Applicants should contact program staff prior to submitting an application. Funding is intended for projects that enhance, conserve, or protect the coldwater stream in which a coldwater conservation plan was originally completed. Eligible costs include labor costs, equipment, materials, meetings, engineering, construction activities, and other services.
