Grants to Dubuque Region, Iowa event organizers for the development, marketing, and promotion of recreational events that will benefit local residents. Applicants must explain how the activity or event will benefit the residents of Dubuque Region and must specify which population will benefit from the proposed program. Applicants should be specific with regards to cities, counties, and economic impact.
