Grants to Minnesota youth soccer organizations that are registered as funding source affiliates for the enhancement and improvement of their programs. Items that will be considered for funding include, but are not limited to, player development programs, coaching education, and referee development.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Requirements:

-Only Affiliate Members in good standing with MYSA are eligible to apply for the grant (club has met all compliance requirements and financial obligations).

-Affiliate Member Clubs that currently register all their recreational players with MYSA or will be registering their recreation players in the 2014-2015 soccer year are eligible to apply.

Restrictions:

-Items that will be considered for funding include, but are not limited to, coaching education, referee development, and player development projects.

-Funds are not to be used for ongoing annual operating expenses of a program.

-Clubs that have received a recreation grant in the past may submit a new proposal or need to have an enhancement to their previously funded program.

Pre-Application Information:

All grant applications received in the MYSA office by February 27, 2015 by 5:00 PM will be reviewed by the MYSA Recreational Grant Review Committee. All applicants will be notified by March 27, 2015.
