Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) - Bureau of Alcohol Education
Grants of up to $20,000 to Pennsylvania IHEs, school districts, community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, and law enforcement agencies for projects to mitigate underage drinking. Funding is intended for the development of comprehensive and innovative programs to address underage alcohol consumption and to promote responsible drinking by those of legal drinking age.
Priority will be given to those applications proposing novel high-impact projects, especially those utilizing social media and/or other technology-driven concepts.

Grants are capped at $20,000 per eligible entity
The Grant cycle is one year, beginning on July 1, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2020.
The PLCB will accept applications from the following:
- Pennsylvania school districts including, but not limited to, technical and trade schools, and post-secondary academic institutions
- Pennsylvania institutions of higher education
- Municipal police departments
- Municipal representatives
- Pennsylvania nonprofit and for-profit organizations
- Community organizations
Eligible applicants are encouraged to establish partnerships with other organizations to promote the programs.
Grant Application Packages must be submitted no later than noon on Friday, March 15, 2019.
Grant Application Packages will be accepted and evaluated on a rolling basis as received. Awards will be made to eligible applicants for as long as the designated funds are available.
This Grant is awarded on a strict reimbursement-only basis.
