Grants of up to $25,000 to Indiana nonprofit organizations in eligible locations to enhance the quality of life for residents. First-time applicants must contact the Funding Source prior to applying. Consideration will be given to proposals in the following areas of focus: children, fine arts, the history of East Central Indiana, and recreation. Proposals must serve residents in Muncie and Delaware County.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Grants are generally awarded to 501(c)(3) organizations.

The Foundation does not make grants to individuals and generally does not make grants for religious purposes, for covering budget deficits, for travel, for fundraising events, for endowments, or for projects normally the responsibility of a government agency.

The Foundation does not knowingly support programs that negatively discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or perception as a disability.

2020 Deadline: July 31 at 4:30 pm

Applicants will be notified of the status of their grant no later than September 30.
