In-kind grants valued at up to $15,000 to USA, territories, possessions and commonwealths registered businesses to receive services such as boosted SEO, expanded an optimized social media reach, email marketing, mobile targeting through access to the sponsor's integrated local marketing platform.

Interested contestants are advised to enter the contest as soon as possible, as voting is currently taking place.

1 Grand Prize Winner will receive $15k in free marketing services:

-Directory optimization

The next 20 entries with the most votes will win a Finalist Prize which consists of a six (6) month subscription to LocalCast, valued at $1,794.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Only new LocalVox Media, Inc. SMB customers are eligible to participate in this Contest. A new SMB customer is one which is not currently the recipient of any LocalVox products or services, whether procured directly or indirectly from LocalVox Media, Inc., at the time its Official Entry Form is submitted in connection with the Contest.

This Contest is open only to registered businesses of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths. This Contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths, but excluding Sponsors’ employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate family members of Sponsors, including spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses regardless of where they reside. In order to be considered an eligible SMB for purposes of this Contest, the business must meet all of the following criteria:

Eligible businesses must have a storefront or physical location where your customers agree to your services and become a customer.

Business must have been in continuous operation since January 1, 2014 or before.

Entrant/owner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of submission.

Entrant/owner must be an authorized agent of the business.

Entrant may NOT be a previous LocalVox Media, Inc. contest Grand Prize winner.

Online voting for The Next Big SMB Marketing Makeover will take place between now and May 1, 2015 at 11:59 PM ET.

All services awarded will be fulfilled by Sponsors no later than June 30, 2015. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize, or any element thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
