Applications are accepted in the following categories:
1) Renovation, major rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for use as emergency shelter facilities.
2) Payment of certain expenses related to operating emergency shelter facility.
3) Provision of essential services related to emergency shelters and street outreach for the homeless.
4) Provision of rapid re-housing assistance.
5) Development and implementation of homelessness prevention activities.
