Grants of up to $5,000 and a grant of up to $75,000 to Minnesota and Wisconsin nonprofit youth programs, schools, and organizations in eligible regions for programs and projects to provide youth enrichment. Applicants must contact the funding source prior to submitting an application. Preference is given to requests for specific program funding or capital equipment. Funding is intended for the following school districts: Winona, Lewiston-Altura, Rushford-Peterson, Wabasha, LaCrescent, Houston, and St. Charles in Minnesota; Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau and Cochrane-Fountain City in Wisconsin.
