Grants averaging $500 to California nonprofit organizations, government agencies, public schools, Tribal governments, and community groups in eligible counties to support summer programming for youth. Additional funding may be given to programs demonstrating special needs. Funding is intended for programs in Humboldt County.
The spirit of this grant is to inspire and support all of the activities that make holiday programs in the community a success. The Foundation seeks to enhance what is already been accomplished prior to this grant. The Foundation's committee of funding partners and community volunteers will consider each application and prioritize funding based on the following criteria:

The Summer Youth Partnership offers small grants, averaging $500. The Foundation recognizes that some summer programs have special needs, so will consider applications of over $500 in some circumstances.
Funding is for programs offered between June 1 and September 1.
