Grants to Kansas nonprofits, groups, and individuals for programs that support the health of residents of Ellsworth County. Funding is intended to promote and protect the health and well-being of individuals and communities through the encouragement of healthy behaviors, lifestyles, and environments.
The fund is not meant to support projects or medical equipment to help those already ill, but rather to help with programs, projects, and equipment that are preventative in nature.

All non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply as well as groups and individuals working on a charitable community project. For-profit organizations will not be considered unless the request is for a charitable project. Grants will be limited to projects within Ellsworth County.
In order for the Community Foundation to consider your request, you must have an EIN or Tax ID Number. If your organization does not have either number, please contact program staff before you apply.
All applications must be submitted by 11:59pm (CST) on March 15 and September 15. All applicants will need to fill out a grant application form through the online grant system.
