Grants to USA and territories multi-state, regional, faith-based, tribal, private, and community nonprofit organizations to improve water supply and wastewater systems in rural communities. Eligible projects provide small, low-income communities with training and technical support to develop their own systems, connect to systems in neighboring communities, or improve existing systems.
