Western Colorado Community Foundation (WCCF)
Grants to Western Colorado clinics, hospitals, and other organizations to address accessibility issues related to health care and to enhance health care delivery in small rural communities. Funding is intended to improve resident health through innovative staffing arrangements, new technologies, or other program, system or infrastructure investments.
Generally, WCCF serves the rural and non-resort communities west of the Continental Divide in western Colorado, with a particular focus on the counties of Delta, Eagle, Garfield, Mesa, Montrose, Ouray and Rio Blanco.
Preference will be given to programs serving less populated communities.
