Grants to Greater Philadelphia Area, Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations for programs that promote significant change in the economic, political and social institutions and systems that affect women and girls. LOIs are due June 30. The Foundation seeks to promote equity for women and girls who are systemically underserved.

Programs that solely provide direct service to women and girls, but do not result in meaningful social change, fall outside the Valentine Foundation mission and will not be funded, since they do not meet the social change criteria.
