Grants of up to $5,000 to Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations in eligible areas for programs to increase access to arts and cultural experiences for underserved residents. Funding is intended to boost the impact of expanded arts programming in local communities. Priority will be given to programs that increase arts engagement and access among diverse audiences, underserved, and/or economically disadvantaged communities. Nonprofits should serve the counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry, and the Dillsburg Area of Northern York County and/or be located within 20 miles of center city Harrisburg.
The Arts for All Partnership is most interested in proposals that will increase access to the arts in the Capital Region through:
Equipment may be requested if its acquisition would result in the achievement of a significant efficiency, is required to initiate a new program, or would greatly enhance an existing program.

The maximum grant award is $5,000. Grant awards typically range from $750-$3,000.
Proposed projects may take place at any time during the grant year beginning January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2022.
