Grants of up to $15,000 to Louisiana nonprofit organizations in eligible locations to provide social services to local communities. Funding is intended to enhance the economic, cultural, social, and educational welfare of local residents. Programs may serve the general public or specific populations, such as children, victims of domestic violence, or persons with disabilities. Funds must serve the residents of Lafayette Parish.
Eligible expenses include those needed to support mission-driven operations. Such expenses include salaries, employee benefits, transportation costs, supplies, telephone, utilities, postage, travel and meetings, rent, contractual services, printing and binding, equipment/maintenance, insurance, real property, and other expenses.
