National Network of Libraries of Medicine New England Region (NNLM NER)

Grants of up to $10,000 to Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont funding source member institutions for projects that promote innovation in biomedical knowledge, data management, as well as research and information services at healthcare institutions. Funding is intended to enhance access to health information throughout the funding source’s region.
The Knowledge/Data Management Award seeks to address the following aims of the NNLM NER from the 2016-2021 cooperative agreement:
- Access to Biomedical and Health Information Overall Aim: Support access to biomedical and health information through knowledge and data management services.
- Access to Biomedical and Health Information Aim 6: The NNLM NER will provide and administer a funding program to support outreach and education programs.
Awards should focus on building partnerships to secure access to biomedical and health information; especially making available data that has previously been unavailable to improve health care and advance patient care.

The funding period is Wednesday, May 1, 2019 to Thursday, April 30, 2020.
Funding is available for projects conducted by NNLM NER members.
