Winning proposals are selected based on the potential benefits the proposed program has to enhance or improve educational experiences or outcomes for students with EBD.
The proposed purchase or program must represent best practice, and must pose no potential harm to children, their families, and/or the professionals who serve them. The CCBD Foundation will decline any applications the reviewers deem unsafe or professionally unsound.
