Award to a Connecticut teacher, superintendent, principal, or other administrator for outstanding contributions to the education of gifted and talented children. This award is intended to recognize an administrator or teacher who has been especially supportive, helpful, or innovative, and has made a positive difference in the lives of gifted children in Connecticut.

The CAG Educator of the Year recognizes a teacher, superintendent, assistant superintendent, principal, assistant principal, or other administrator who has gone above and beyond in the lives of gifted children.

Pre-Application Information:

Please complete the form and email it by January 31 of each year.

The winner will be notified by the CAG Board.

The award is given at CAG’s annual dinner in the spring.
