Grants ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 to Pennsylvania nonprofits that provide human services to children and youth in Bucks County. Letters of Inquiry are due by April 1, 2018. Funding is intended to support programs that use innovation to improve the quality of life for youth, families, and children.

All applicants must provide measurable goals in their application. These goals typically include periodic measurable benchmarks throughout the term of the grant and expected outcomes at the conclusion of the grant period.

These grants range in value from $10,000 to $25,000 per grant.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Grants will be awarded to selected tax-exempt and non-profit organizations that serve children, youth, and families in Bucks County.

Grants will be given only to non-profit organizations that focus on behavioral health and human service needs of children, youth, and families.

Foundations Community Partnership does not fund the following:
- Deficit financing/debt reduction
- Religious or Political activities
- Advertising publications
- Stand-alone research
- Umbrella funding organizations/pass through organizations

Pre-Application Information:


- LOI/Letter of Inquiry — Spring Cycle: April 1st. Fall Cycle: October 1st.
- Full Application (following LOI approval) — Spring Cycle: April 15th. Fall Cycle: October 15th.

Applications for these grants are accepted for review on an ongoing basis. Grants are distributed in the spring and fall of each year. Following submission of a “Letter of Inquiry,” applicants are required to contact FCP to set up a pre-grant meeting.

Only complete applications submitted by the deadline will be reviewed. Late applications, incomplete applications, or applications that are not consistent with the Mission, Values or other requirements of Foundations Community Partnership, will not be considered.
