Grants of up to $70,000 Clayton County, Georgia, nonprofit organizations to collaborate with other agencies on projects that address local healthcare challenges through innovative and non-traditional approaches. Priority will be given to proposals that target vulnerable populations, particularly low-income individuals and families and the uninsured.

The lead partner organization must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in good standing.

Pre-Application Information:

Before submitting proposals and solidifying partnerships, community stakeholders and nonprofit groups will convene three times between May and June in facilitated conversations to contextualize the issue of access to healthcare, discuss prototypes and best practices and solidify ideas in order to submit strong proposals.

Each partnership will then have the opportunity to respond to a Request for Proposal and submit a proposal by July 14, 2016, at noon.
