Grants to Ohio nonprofits for projects that will address human needs in the Delaware community. Priority funding is intended for projects that support individuals whose needs are not being met by existing services. Priority will also be given to innovative programs in need of seed money, to organizations that encourage matching gifts or additional funding from other donors such as the general public or government, and those projects that yield substantial benefits for the resources invested.
