Grants of up to $2,500 to Alaska individuals with Alzheimers or dementia for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies. This program supports expenditures that will enhance the individual’s quality of life, help the individual maintain a healthy lifestyle, and improve independence.

The Trust awards mini grants with an annual limit of up to $2,500 per person depending upon need.

Recipient must have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia.

The application may be submitted by the beneficiary or on behalf of the beneficiary.

Documentation of a qualifying Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia condition must be included with the request.

Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) Mini Grants are awarded on a monthly basis throughout the fiscal year.

Applications must be received by the close of business on the first Tuesday of each month. If the deadline falls on a holiday, the deadline rolls to the next business day.
