Grants to North Carolina nonprofit organizations and local government agencies to address homelessness during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Funding priority is intended for activities related to housing stability that can be quickly implemented to assist individuals and families living in unsheltered environments and in existing congregate and non-congregate shelter sites to transition to permanent housing.
