Grants to North Texas nonprofits and municipalities for projects that serve local communities within the funding source's service area. Funding is intended to help organizations meet basic human needs, support education, animal welfare, and promote community vitality. Priority is given to requests that focus on programming needs.

For CoServ Operation Roundup and Unrestricted Grant Program:
CCF's focus is on providing donations, resources, and manpower where it can do the most good for the communities it serves. Currently, these initiatives are divided into three key categories that aim to do the following:
-Support Education—Supporting education initiatives, particularly those related to science, technology, engineering, math, and trades, while emphasizing support for those in greatest need
-Meet Basic Human Needs—Providing assistance in accessing food, warmth, and basic medical and social needs, as well as issues related to children and those issues that arise from disasters
-Promote Community Vitality—Supporting programs, projects and organizations that are important contributors to quality of life, while emphasizing public safety and self-sufficiency; providing support to veterans and troops

The following factors will be considered in the evaluation of all funding requests:
-Potential benefit to residents of the CoServ Service Area and the entire community
-Level of community support for the program, project or organization requesting the funds
-Fiscal and administrative capability of the organization to deliver a quality service or program
-Results that are predictable and can be evaluated

For 2019 Applications:
-Animal-related non-profit applications should be focused on support for agency clients.
-First Responder/municipality related applications should be focused on safety or projects designed to promote positive relationships with the community.
