The Alisa Flatow Memorial Scholarship Fund, administered through Jewish Community Foundation of Greater MetroWest NJ
Scholarships to USA, Canada and International students to pursue post-high school Jewish studies at schools in Israel. Awards given based on a combined scholarship and needs basis. The intention of this program is to assist students showing academic promise in their religious studies defray the cost to pursue additional studies.
The number of scholarships is quite limited and are awarded on a competitive basis. To qualify for a scholarship award, studies must be of a post-high school nature. Study can be in programs that earn college credits. For instance, a student may attend a yeshiva and receive credits which may be applied to a degree program at a University.
