  • Resilience - facing down adversity and coming back stronger and healthier through adaptation, innovation and/or creativity.
  • Sustainability - financial, social, and environmental outcomes with long-term visions to ensure longevity and that positively impact the health of our community and natural systems.
  • Equity & Diversity - provide affordable access for all in a diverse socio-economic community, address social justice issues, and remove any structural barriers that prevent equitable access.

In addition, the Foundation continues to encourage applications that can demonstrate community impact related to recent needs. Those include: COVID-19 relief, environmental education, and social justice.
