Grants to Vermont individual artists for professional development activities. Funding is intended to support career-building efforts that assist artists as they adapt and respond to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Priority will be given to first-time grant recipients and to proposals for rare or unique opportunities.

Grant amounts range from $250-$1,000. Grant awards generally do not exceed $500, though higher levels of funding are considered if an artist demonstrates that the proposed activity will greatly advance their professional standing.
The proposed activities must begin after the grant application deadline and end no later than August 31, 2021.
