Grants ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 to Oregon nonprofit organizations and schools in Josephine, Jackson, Klamath and Curry Counties to benefit local children and families. Funding is intended for the following program areas: youth programs, public school enrichment, human services, and other charitable causes.

Term of Contract:

The Foundation prefers to make grants on an annual basis.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Grant applications will only be accepted from tax-exempt organizations. No grants to individuals will be made.

The Foundation will only make grants to organizations whose projects or programs directly benefit the residents of Jackson, Josephine, Curry and Klamath counties, Oregon.

Pre-Application Information:

Each year the online application will open on December 1st and close at midnight on February 28th. Final grant decisions will be announced in May.

Previously successful grant applicants are eligible to apply for funding every 12 months.

Please note, if you have received a grant two years in a row you will be asked to sit out a year before requesting additional support. Example: Organization A received $5,000 in the spring of 2008 and $5,000 in the spring of 2009. You will not be eligible to submit a grant request again until spring of 2011.

The Foundation will only accept one application per organization, per funding cycle. The exception to this rule is school districts. The Foundation will accept multiple applications per school district however, only one application per school will be accepted each funding cycle.
