Grant of up to $1,000 to a Waterloo-Cedar Falls, Iowa nonprofit organization for a project that support immediate community needs. Preference will be given to projects that address teen issues. All projects should address an immediate and specific need in the community.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

- Applicants must be within a 25-mile radius of Waterloo-Cedar Falls.
- Applicants must have a 501(c)3 tax status or be in an umbrella status with an agency with a 501(c)3 status.

Restrictions:

- Requests from individuals will not be considered.
- Requests for capital fund or annual support drives will not be considered.
- Each recipient agency will be limited to receiving monies from this fund only once during a fiscal year.
- Awards will not be given in consecutive years to the same organization.
- Current Junior League funded projects and affiliate organizations are excluded from this process.
- Requests will not be considered during the month of May to assist the Treasurer in closing the fiscal year.
