Grants ranging from $500 to $5,000 to New York nonprofit organizations for projects to enhance social well-being and cultural life in Walton. Inquiries by interested applicants must be received two weeks before the deadline date. Requests will be accepted for capacity building as well as for program and capital support.

The Paul G. and Miriam B. Mattern Fund welcomes proposals from qualified non-profit 501c.3 organizations serving Walton, NY.
The 2019 deadline is 4pm Friday, March 15th.
Inquiries must be received 2 weeks prior to deadline.
Inquiries and applications are accepted on-line. If you do not have access to a computer, or if you do not feel comfortable with your on-line application skill-level, please contact Tina Barber, Program Officer. Please do not submit a paper application unless you have been instructed to do so after speaking with Tina.
During each grant cycle, technical assistance workshops with information about the application process are offered by the Foundation. Grant seekers who don’t have time to attend a technical assistance workshop can still get help with the application process, including support with the online system. Applicants are welcome to call Tina Barber with any questions or concerns.
