Grant Description

Grants to Ohio nonprofit organizations for arts and cultural performances, activities, and programs that benefit local residents in eligible regions. Funding is intended for visual, performing, literary, and cultural arts projects and education. Projects must directly benefit the City of Vandalia and its residents.

It is the goal of the committee to provide support for activities, programs, performances, and organizations that increase understanding, exposure, and awareness of the arts, among the greatest number and broadest range of citizens, in the most efficient manner.

Project proposals which would provide cultural opportunities to Vandalia community organizations - such as programs conducted in schools, for businesses or in other community service areas - must be accompanied by documentation of cooperation from the party that will be served.
