Grants of $500 to New York educational institutions and organizations in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Niagara and Wyoming Counties for projects that promote environmental awareness through educational activities.

Applicants must provide all requested information. The application must contain a very specific breakdown of the cost estimate of the grant request.

Provide a brief project description which includes a summary of activities, anticipated schedule, location, detailed cost estimate, and any other important details for the reviewers to consider. This description can be provided on the next page or submitted as a separate sheet.

Applications must be submitted to Dave Copeland by mail or email. Applications must be postmarked, faxed, or e-mailed no later than March 1, 2016.

After completion of the Earth Day project/event, grant recipients must submit a brief letter/email report to A&WMA-NFS which includes a summary of the project (photos of the project are encouraged).
