Estimated Size of Grant:

- Full grants are for requests over $2,500.
- Mini-grants are requests for funding amounts for up to $2,500.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Local nonprofit and community service organizations may apply for a mini-grant.

Nonprofit and community service organizations from throughout Southeastern Sussex County may apply for a full grant.

Pre-Application Information:

Full grant applications may be submitted at any time and are reviewed by the grant committee as they deem appropriate and as needed. Traditionally, larger grants have been awarded in conjunction with participation in the Annual Caribbean Christmas event.

Full grant applications received prior to July 1 can be reviewed and considered for partnership for upcoming events. Additionally, applications will be reviewed by the grant committee following each deadline. The amount of funding provided to the selected beneficiaries will be determined by the foundation after each event.

Mini-grant applications may be submitted at any time and are reviewed and awarded quarterly by the grant committee. Application deadlines are: March 31, June 30, Sept. 30, and Dec. 31.
