In-kind services and donations to Massachusetts nonprofit arts organizations located in the Greater Newburyport area for free, mid-week access to the funding source's centrally located, historic facility; and for marketing assistance to include website listing and press release distribution; inclusion in e-newsletter and on Firehouse Marquis; and ticketing services.

For the purposes of these grants, the Greater Newburyport Region includes the following Cities, Towns, and Designated Places in Essex and Barnstable Counties: Amesbury, Salisbury, Seabrook, Newbury, Newburyport, West Newbury, Byfield, Groveland, Merrimac, Georgetown, and Rowley.

Grantees will receive:

A. Access to the Firehouse Center for the Arts’ Lobby and Theater, mid-week, for a public or private event, including Firehouse staff House Management. (Grantee assumes any cost associated with technical support.)

B. Marketing Assistance to include:
- Website listing and Press Release distribution (grantee must provide written press release)
- Inclusion in e-newsletter and on Firehouse Marquis
- Ticketing services (Grantee assumes 5% credit card fees.)

All other marketing needs are assumed by the grantee.

Term of Contract:

One year.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Nonprofit organizations located in the Greater Newburyport Region are eligible.

Organizations are responsible for their own marketing materials, including high quality images to be utilized in the funding source's e-marketing efforts.

Organizations may not be selected in consecutive years.

Event Restrictions:
- Events must take place Monday-Thursday
- Dates subject to availability
- Complimentary use does not include costs associated with Technical Director
- The Firehouse Center for the Arts’ theater accommodates 191 individuals. The lobby accommodates 70 comfortably.
