Grants of up to $10,000 to Texas nonprofit organizations and agencies for educational programs in the immediate vicinity of the City of Lubbock. The grant proposal should demonstrate how the proposed educational services will be used to benefit the local population.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Grants are limited to a maximum of $10,000.

Term of Contract:

Projects are funded for one year, dated from the month of the award.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Grants are restricted to appropriately recognized institutions and agencies in the state of Texas who are nonprofit and meet the conditions of Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Foundation does not support "operating costs" or overhead costs. Salaries and benefits for employees are not funded.

Pre-Application Information:

Deadline for submission of grant proposal: April 8, 2019

Educational grants are considered at the May board meeting.
