Funding is intended to provide advice, instruction, tools, and resources to help small businesses, families, and individuals make good finance decisions. Eligible states include: Connecticut, Delaware, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Virginia.
