Texas Book Festival
Grants of up to $1,500, and grants of up to $2,500 to Texas public libraries to enhance literature collections. Funding is intended to promote literacy and facilitate the sharing of a wide range of literature with communities that recipient libraries serve. Funds can be used for upgrading or increasing book collections, books on CD, e-books, and special collections in support of identifiable community needs. Test prep, SAT/ACT, and reference materials are also included in this grant.
